Add an Office (Implantation)

 

1/ Create a new office

 

1. To add an Office, choose the "List" mode by clicking the "List" button  in the main menu to the left.

2. Look for the folder "Offices"  (often in the folder "Stockage") and click on it.

3. You have thus access to 3 lists : "Continent", "Country" and "Office (Cities)". In TYPO3, an Office is a city which is in a Country, itself on a Continent. For the lists "Countries" and "Continents", if you do not find the country or the continent that you want, you have to create these content. 

 

2/ Add a Continent or a Country

If it doesn't concern you, move directly to 3/ Add an Office (City)       
 

1. In the list "Country", click on the "New record" button. You reach the content properties screen and have to define it

 

2. Select the language : Begin with language by "Default" before adding translations.

3. If necessary, check the box "Hide" to hide the content.

4. Insert the name of the country.

5. and 10. If necessary, add a Google title (balise title) : if this field is empty, the Google title will be by default the same as "Page title". It's the same concept for the Google Description (balise meta description) : if this field is empty, the Google description will be the same as "Description".

6. Specify your Title (Page title).

7. Insert the code ISO (Alpha-3) of the Country. Watch the list of ISO codes

8. Select the Continent associated to your Country.

9. Simplified URL : the URL is automatically defined from the Title but you can edit it if necessary.

 

11. Choose the visual for the content, this will appear in the content, and will represent it by default on the others pages.

12. Write the description of the country. Insert your text and/or visual(s). For more details of this part Watch Tuto "Creation of page" 

13. Indicate coordinates, latitude and longitude of the country. Watch how to get these information

14. Phone number.

15. Specify the website reference for the country. Example : societegenerale.co.uk

17. To finish, save your content. Watch Tuto "Save a content"

 

 

3/ Add an Office (City)    

  

1. In the list "Offices", click on the "New record" button. You reach the content properties screen and have to define it

 

2. Select the language : Begin with language by "Default" before adding translations.

3. If necessary, check the box "Hide" to hide the content. 

4. Specify your Title (Title implantation).

5. and 7. If necessary, add a Google title (balise title) : if this field is empty, the Google title will be by default the same as "Page title". It's the same concept for the Google Description (balise meta description) : if this field is empty, the Google description will be the same as "Description".

6. Simplified URL : the URL is automatically defined from the Title but you can edit it if necessary.

 

8. Select the country associated to your content.

9. Select the region associated to your content. (Specific to SGPB France)

10. Choose the visual for the content, this will appear in the content and will represent it by default on the others pages.

11. Write the description of the Office (city). Insert your text and/or visual(s).

12. Indicate coordinates; latitude and longitude of the Office (city) by clicking on "get Geoloc". Watch how to get these information

Then you have to specify :

13. The name of the building, the number and name of the street (address 1).

14. Address 2 (if necessary).

15. ZIP code / Postal code.

16. The city.

17. The phone number.

18. The fax.

19. The e-mail.

 

20. The website (Do not forget to specify "opens in a new window" with the Link/Penci button ).

21. The addressee of the e-mails for the contact form (Added automatically on all the pages Offices).
